GuardFlow provides a shift notification program. By participating in this program, you agree to receive operational SMS messages related to shift availability, assignments, and staffing communications at the mobile phone number you provided during employment onboarding.
GuardFlow sends automated SMS notifications to employed security officers when open shifts need coverage. Messages include the site location, shift date, and shift hours. Officers may respond to indicate availability. The program is used exclusively for internal operational staffing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on shift availability and operational needs. Officers typically receive 1–5 messages per week. During periods of high demand, frequency may increase temporarily.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GuardFlow is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving or sending SMS messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from GuardFlow. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive shift notification messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.
For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message from GuardFlow or contact your supervisor directly. For support with the GuardFlow platform, contact management.
By providing your mobile phone number during employment onboarding, you consent to receive recurring automated operational SMS messages from GuardFlow. Consent is not a condition of employment, however opting out may affect your ability to receive timely shift notifications.
The GuardFlow SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Access to the GuardFlow web platform is restricted to authorized supervisors and administrators. Unauthorized access is prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.guard-flow.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
GuardFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
