GuardFlow ("we," "us," or "our") is a shift intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information related to the GuardFlow platform and our SMS notification service.
We collect the following information from security officers and staff who use GuardFlow: full name, mobile phone number, badge number, employment status, weekly work hours, and site qualification records. This information is provided during the employment onboarding process.
We use your information solely for operational purposes related to your employment. This includes: sending SMS notifications about available shifts, processing your responses to shift availability requests, tracking weekly hours for overtime management, managing site qualifications and assignments, and maintaining operational records for scheduling and staffing purposes.
By providing your phone number during employment onboarding, you consent to receive operational SMS messages from GuardFlow regarding shift availability, assignments, and related staffing communications. Message frequency varies based on shift availability, typically 1–5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with: Twilio (our SMS service provider) solely for the purpose of delivering messages, Supabase (our database provider) for secure data storage, and authorized supervisors and administrators who require access for operational scheduling purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls, row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication for all platform users.
We retain your information for the duration of your employment and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for operational records and legal compliance. Upon termination of employment, your account is deactivated but historical shift records are preserved for auditing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your supervisor or management. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of GuardFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
